Wild Food Cafe has attracted rave reviews since its inception – even from the likes of Ella Woodward – as a desirable destination for nutritious food. Since their relaunch in late May, where they premiered not only a gorgeous, more accommodating space, but also a mouthwatering new menu to coincides with the appointment of incoming Head Chef Thet Min Thun, who has worked at Wild Food Café for the last year. This is a restaurant that has exciting things in store for you this summer.
If you missed the launch event feasts last month – worry not! As the weather warms up, the focus will be on introducing even more raw, plant- based dishes to tempt your taste buds . If you want to know how to recreate some sumptuous raw dishes at home, the Wild Food Café School is also kicking off its two-day Raw Food Immersion Course later in June.
The plan to implement extended opening hours will also come as a welcome change – towards the middle of this Summer Wild Food Café will put its signature stamp of creating wild and rawsome plant based breakfasts and brunches for London’s healthy and hungry.
The full breakfast and brunch menu is TBC at the moment, but Joel and team have dropped a few hints: expect wild rice pancakes, coconut crepes, wild sprouted granola, breakfast to go bars, pineapple and pink peppercorn preserves and weekly juice specials.
